TUFLITE or a Full Pour Polyurethane track surface are the only surfaces that will last the full 20 year life cycle, no matter what maintenance coatings are applied.

*** A black base-mat polyurethane surface normally is upgraded to a Red structural spray surface as the black surface is more prone to structural damage due to excessive  heat and accelerated UV degradation.  This increases the total cost for a 20 year life cycle to $313,000.00

The SofTrak® putting green system is the ultimate high performance putting green surface. Our exclusive infill causes the fibers to stand upright and separate, giving the surface a grass-like quality with true bounce and roll characteristics. SofTrak® will hold a shot up to 250 yards from the green, and the speed of the roll is adjustable.

Dynamic Base is our exclusive and proprietary “paved-in-place” rubber base system. It is installed with laser grade accuracy to provide a resilient high performance base beneath the playing surface. The Dynamic Base provides a playing surface that will exceed all G-max requirements, provide superior drainage, and shorten construction installation times.
